Online Banking allows our customers secure and convenient access to their accounts using the Internet anytime of the day, any day of the year. Some of the functions available with Online Banking are:

  • Access and print information on all accounts including loans. Review and print transactions and history.
  • Confirm deposits, withdrawals and cleared checks.
  • Transfer funds between accounts and make loan payments.
  • Pay bills automatically

After you enter your PIN number on the first screen of Online Banking, you will be shown a list of your accounts and the balance in each. If you want more detail, or want to carry out a transaction, just select the function from the pull down menu for the account you are interested in. Any additional pages will have drop down menus on them that lead you through your transaction.

Online Banking has a 10 minute time-out feature. If you are logged in for 10 consecutive minutes without using Online Banking, you will have to log in again to resume banking.

You are allowed 3 attempts to enter your PIN. On the third attempt, if invalid, you will be locked out of the system. Immediate access may be regained by calling the bank customer service representative to assist you at 432.333.9901 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST.

The transfer cut-off time for current day's business is 5:00 p.m. CST. Any transfers made after this time will not be transacted until the next business day.

You can apply for the Bill Payment services by completing and submitting the online application or by visiting one of our branch offices. You must be an authorized signer on the account.

You will be able to access up to 30 days transactions as well as having access to 3 months previous statements. The statement history file will begin to build from the date that you sign up for Online Banking.

With Online Banking, you can view your Checking, Money Market, Savings, Certificate of Deposit accounts, IRA accounts, as well as Loans.

The available balance for checking and savings accounts is real time and will change throughout the day based on the activity. For example, as the client uses their ATM or Debit Card or transfers money between accounts, the available balance will be updated to reflect the activity.

A Your Security State Bank Online ID and Password are your keys to eStatements. eStatments also uses a security phrase, which identifies that the email being sent to you has originated from Security State Bank.

A Yes, because eStatements are emailed to you, you can access your statement from anywhere in the world. All you need is a computer equipped with the recommended system requirements and an Internet connection.

Can I print or save my eStatements?

A Yes. With your eStatements you can save your statement to a folder on your computer by selecting 'Save As' from the 'File' menu option. To print your statement select 'File' from the menu options and select 'Print'.

Can I have my eStatements emailed to another address?

Can I have my eStatements emailed to another address?

A Yes. Within eStatements you have the option to add one additional recipient. You will have the ability to maintain the email address and assign an ID and PIN for this additional recipient along with what documents they will receive. You can also save your statement to a file on your computer and email it to whomever you choose.

Will I still get my paper statement via US Mail?

A eStatements eliminates the need to mail a paper statement. Once enrolled, you will receive your next statement by U.S. mail AND by email; and from then on, you will only receive your statement by email. Although you are opting out from receiving your statement(s)/notice(s) by U.S. mail, you have the option to receive a paper statement, at any time, by request.

You must be a Security State Bank customer to enroll for eStatements. 

 

Follow eStatement Instructions

 

1. Log in to www.SSBANK.com

 

2. Go to Online Banking Login

      A. Enter User ID & Password

 

3. Click on E-Documents on the Blue Bar

 

4. Verify your email address is correct

    A. Change if necessary

    B. Enter a Security Phrase-See note in green

    C. Save Settings

    D. An email will be sent to you

 

5. Go to your email and follow these steps

   A. Open the PDF file

    B. Enter your SSB Online user ID and Password.

    C. You will see a sample E-Statement    

    D. Click on the RED confirmation link at the top

    E. This will open the SSB web browser

    F. Enter SSBank NetID & Net PIN

    G. Click on Documents and Settings and select Statements

    H. Save Settings

           

 

6.      It will take you to Security State Bank

A. Electronic Statement(s)/Notice(s) Delivery Terms and Conditions

B. Scroll to the bottom of the page

C. Click I Agree and Print for your records

 

 

7.      Your changes have been successfully saved.
